We offer a 10 day return policy on clothing only, which means you have 10 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, and the original shipping fees are non-refundable. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Â
To start a return, you must first contact us at underthearborconsign@gmail.com. We will reply within 48 hours (please check your spam folder as well when waiting for a reply). Returns must be approved before being sent back. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
We will notify you once we received and inspected your return, and let you know if a refund was approved or not, based on the condition of the item(s). If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within five business days. Please remember it could take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Please note that once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled.
Orders ship within five (5) business days. We do our best to ship orders as quickly as possible! :) You may receive multiple packages, as orders ship from multiple locations. Tracking information will be provided once orders are shipped.
