WHAT CAN I CONSIGN?
We accept a variety of select furniture, garden/outdoor items and home decor.
HOW MUCH MONEY CAN I MAKE?
We are very knowledgeable when it comes to how much to list an item for. We consider similar items selling prices and will research those one of a kind items. We keep our prices fair for both the buyer and seller.
WHAT ARE THE CONSIGNMENT TERMS?
Consignment is a 50/50 split. (A special 70/30 split applies for our local artists.)Prices are reduced 15% after 30 days, 30% off after 60 days and 50% off after 90 days for two weeks. After this period, items are donated.
HOW DO I KNOW WHEN ITEMS HAVE SOLD?
Our system is web based for you to access your account 24/7. Checks are issued on the 10th of the following month.
