CONSIGN WITH US!

WHAT CAN I CONSIGN?

We accept a variety of select furniture, garden/outdoor items and home decor. 

HOW MUCH MONEY CAN I MAKE?

We are very knowledgeable when it comes to how much to list an item for. We consider similar items selling prices and will research those one of a kind items. We keep our prices fair for both the buyer and seller. 

WHAT ARE THE CONSIGNMENT TERMS?

Consignment is a 50/50 split. (A special 70/30 split applies for our local artists. Creating handmade items? Ask if your item(s) qualifies!)

Prices are reduced 15% after 30 days, 30% off after 60 days and 50% off after 90 days for two weeks. During this two week period you are welcome to pick up any unsold items. After this two week grace period your item will be donated. (Please note items picked up before the end of contract date would be subject to a fee)

Under The Arbor is known for affordable prices and our inventory tends to move quickly! We do our best to advertise your items through our social media posts, online website and other social media platforms. 

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ITEM SOLD?

We recently upgraded our system to be web based. You will receive a login to access your consignment account to have 24/7 access to your sales! Checks are printed the 10th of the month after an item sells. You may pick up your check in store or call to request it be mailed.

WHERE DO I START?

E-mail us photos of your items to underthearborconsign@gmail.com

​We will reply back to let you know if we would accept your item and an approximate selling price.

 

 If you want to move forward you can set up a time to drop off the item(s). Pick-up is available for most items. (A pick-up fee does apply and varies based on item(s) and location. The fee is deducted from the first consignor payout)
